We do the searching you do the building

A team of AI agents checks the internet for hackathons, turns each one into a clear listing and keeps it up to date.

The pipeline

Eight agents, one listing

Every event goes through the same steps before you see it.

  1. 01

    Scout

Checks every source on a schedule and collects new event links, posts and pages.

  2. 02

    Extractor

Reads the page, text or poster and fills in dates, deadline, team size, prizes and more.

  3. 03

    Deduper

Spots the same event on Unstop, Instagram and a college site, and merges it into one listing.

  4. 04

    Verifier

Checks the link works, the dates make sense and the deadline is real. Flags spam.

  5. 05

    Tagger

Adds themes, eligibility, beginner-friendly and free or paid labels.

  6. 06

    Writer

Writes a short, clear summary in our own words.

  7. 07

    Publisher

Puts the listing live, updates city and theme pages, and shares new events.

  8. 08

    Alerts

Matches new events to what you saved and reminds you before deadlines.

Data rules

Honest, fair and linked to the source

  • We follow each website’s terms and use official APIs and feeds wherever they exist.
  • We only collect event information that organizers share publicly.
  • Instagram and LinkedIn events come from organizer and student submissions, partners, our browser extension and official APIs, not from scraping accounts.
  • We always link back to the official page for registration.
  • We write our own short summaries and never copy full descriptions or posters without permission.
  • Organizers can claim, edit or remove their listing at any time.
